Before we approach the wet summer months, I would suggest you check your windows and around your doors to make sure the caulking is secure to avoid leaks, water damage, and mold getting into your home investment. The Florida sun is brutal and has a tendency to break down the caulking which is often a culprit for leaks when it rains resulting in more damage and money you will have to spend.
